Occupied Home Staging

Our Occupied Home Staging Package starts at $297 for the first hour with  two staging specialists; and each additional hour is $129. With our expert staging, you can sell properties faster and at higher prices.

  • Price: Starting at $2,800 per property (2 month contract, each additional month $749)

  • Suitable for smaller properties or those with minimal staging requirements.

  • Includes staging of key living areas: living room, dining room, and primary bedroom.

  • Professional consultation and design expertise.

  • Rental of essential furniture and decor items.

  • Staging setup and removal

  • Comprehensive staging of all living spaces, including living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, additional bedrooms, office, and outdoor spaces.

  • Virtual Staging: Starting at $600 per property, we can digitally stage vacant properties for online listings.
